Size Guide
Every number here is a laid-flat garment measurement, taken from the blank we actually print on — not a body-size estimate. Match them to a shirt you already own and you will get the fit you expect.
The fastest way to get this right: pull out the shirt in your closet that fits the way you want this one to fit. Lay it flat, measure across the chest an inch below the armholes, and find that number in the Width row. That is your size.
How to measure
- Width — lay the garment flat and measure straight across the chest, about an inch below the armholes. This is a half-chest measurement, so a 22″ width is a 44″ chest all the way around.
- Length — measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the bottom hem.
- Sleeve — where listed, measured from the shoulder seam to the sleeve opening.
Allow about half an inch either way. These are cut-and-sewn garments, not machined parts.
Unisex T-shirts
Most designs print on one of three unisex blanks. They share the same width and length grid, so the size you take in one is the size you take in the others.

Gildan Softstyle 64000 (4.5 oz ring-spun cotton) · Gildan 5000 (5.3 oz preshrunk cotton) · Bella+Canvas 3001 (4.2 oz Airlume combed ring-spun cotton). Solid colours are 100% cotton; heather, sport and ice greys are cotton/polyester blends. All three run true to size. Sleeve lengths apply to the Gildan blanks.
Relaxed garment-dyed tee
A heavier, softer, roomier cut. If you want the oversized look, size up.

Sweatshirts & hoodies
Crewnecks and hoodies share a grid. They run two inches wider than a tee at every size — that is deliberate room for a layer underneath, so take your normal tee size rather than sizing up.

The all-over designs are cut differently, so this one is sized to the body, not the garment. Measure yourself and match. If you fall between two sizes, order up.
